Monday, January 1, 2007 - Fine colour - pale blood, just a touch of mahogany. Lovely nose - soft cherry fruit, real meatiness and a touch of spice. Soft and velvety mouth entry but with really zingy acidity behind. Quite full and black cherry fruity. Good spiciness and a long finish. Just a bit too warm and concocted for me. 3+
