Monday, May 22, 2023 - Silk but typical sauvignon blanc nose. Aroma's of gooseberry, melon, nectarine and lime juice. Med+ acidity although it doesn't kick in that way, probably due to the 25% grapes that got 12h skincontact which gives it nice structure to complement the acids. Med body, med+ aftertaste.
