Tuesday, April 9, 2024 - What a nice wine. Great salinity and minerality. Pours a very lightly straw color to the glass. Nose of herbs, yellow peach, melon and rosemary. The palate has a bunch of acidity up front but also quite a bit of salinity and mineral dense notes. More white peach and kiwi notes, honeydew, hot honey. Finishes with a lot of white pepper and Asian pear notes. Glad I have one more of these as I think this will probably develop pretty nicely within the next two to three years. If I can keep my hands off of them. And that's a big "If"
