Saturday, August 5, 2023 - Decanted for 45 minutes prior to tasting, and consumed over the following 90 minutes.
Medium dark magenta color; red fruit nose.

Wow. This is a big Pinot!
Intensely concentrated fruit, deep black and blue on the front end. A very savory mid-palate featuring violets and roast meat, along with hints of tobacco and spice box. This young wine has plenty of tannic structure, indicating that it is bullt for the long haul. I wouldn’t open a bottle for 3 or 4 more years. Lots of upside
