Tuesday, August 8, 2023 - Matchstick, lemon, baked apple on the nose. Clean entry, nice salinity and minerality. Pretty good acidity to let this bottling age a bit. Nice mid-palate weight and lengthy finish. A more Burgundian approach to Chardonnay, but not to be confused with Burgundy. Great fruit source, and I really like Sandhi’s white wines; can definitely sense Jim Clenendon’s influence on Raj
