Thursday, March 17, 2022 - Young bright red. A lot of oaky vanilla, vegetal tones, bacon fat, dark stewed fruits, menthol and tannins on the nose. Bright peaky flavours, definitive redcurrants, again bacon fat greasinessin the background. Very young and the tannins are there. Could be more to this, and feels like something missing. Too crunchy and bitter for me to enjoy. A little disappointing.
