Sunday, February 5, 2023 - Medium ruby. Shy at first, but opens up aften 10-15 minutes in the glas. Vanilla, red berries and faint leather. Dry. Medium concentrated, fresh fruit. Nice acidety. Red berries, earthy-notes, blackberry and vanilla on the palate. Well balanced, with smooth tannins. Long exit with toffee and vanilla. Fresh and delicious! Just another great wine from Hirsch👌
