Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Nice chard, if tasting a bit clunky to me with a bit too much oak. The underlying citrus was nice and the finish and mouthfeel were great so I might wait a bit on bottles and see if the fruit emerges a bit more as the oak integrates further. That being said, other dinner companions thought it was terrific so I was in the minority not being too wowed.
