Wednesday, May 10, 2023 - Wine Cellar - Undiscovered Gems from France, Spain, USA and beyond (Wine Cellar): A pleasing, bright freshness on the nose, with aromas of quince, pineapple and yellow apple that segue into yellow flower, fresh herbs/Alpine flowers, chalk dust and Asian Pear. The palate is well-balanced and focused, with a breadth of fruit and equally great concentration all underscored by a saline-edged acidity, salted lemon and a hint of almond. The long finish is pithy, almost phenolic, but very enjoyable.
