Thursday, November 21, 2019 - Brick-red. Black pepper, leather, molasses, dark fruit cake, med/high intensity, slight soy sauce. Stewed plum, slight harsh finish, black pepper, dark fruit cake, long finish, fine tannins, med intensity, plenty of balanced acid, still fresh.
