Friday, February 23, 2018 - Our cork wasn't stained to the top, but damn near. The effervescence is present but barely. Glad we drank this now as I suspect it may have turned completly had it been left much longer. Delicious wine, lots of fruit and a nice soft quality, the effervescence showed up after the first glass.
