Light in body with high acidity which, like another note astutely points out, fades almost in an instant. This leans mineral and saline in flavor with additional notes of honeysuckle, white peach, and pear. Not dilute, but the concentration of flavor here isn't too high.

A bit of an odd duck, but I liked this wine. I've gotta think it would pair really well with some seafood.
