Wednesday, September 23, 2020 - It starts to be quite aged by now, muted, faded at opening. It did not really deliver what i expected, probably wrongly, but needed some listening to it. It opened a bit after some hours, and became clearer in its CNDP style, quiet soft, mellow and charming spices, it showed good, if reserved length and overall a nice companion for the steak. i have no particular idea how this is going to evolve and if it is going to open up later in its life to become more expressive. It is a nice wine, just not as good as expected.
