Thursday, April 25, 2024 - Day 1 was all soft residual sugar on the finish. Day 2 was similar. It wasn’t until Day 3 when things got interesting. The acidity began to assert itself on the midpalate and finish, and the pleasant tartness balanced the sweet. Drink now if you like softer, sweeter wines. Otherwise, hold for at least another couple of years.
