Friday, April 21, 2023 - 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 19% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot. Maybe it's the Malbec, but the main thing I got from this the first night was tons of mint and pepper on the nose and palate, far mintier than the typical Bordeaux blend. Most of that blew off by night two, leaving dusty cherries, plum, and a nice minerality.
