Thursday, February 29, 2024 - Delicate, pretty nose of almond, Chinese pear, pineapple, honey, and hay. The palate is where this really sings though with a light frizzante, and richer flavors of apple, a bit of fennel, and some dairy dimensions, rounding out with a vanilla ice cream finish.
