Thursday, August 11, 2016 - Needs a little time top open up. We did a 9-hour slow on (whole bottle to a decanter then back into the bottle minus sediment and then re-sealed) and it still needed 20 mins in the glass to shed the acidic bright flavored and show the true dark fruit and great balance. Beautiful nose, wonderful layers of complex dark fruit and a great finish. The acididity would portend a few years left but it drinks right now as a mature as good as it gets great cab.
