Friday, December 12, 2014 - Nose of stone fruit, orange, apple, and lemon. Palate of rich, ripe peach, apple, loads of salinity, and just a few more developed notes of smokiness. Except for the smokey notes, the texture makes this come across as quite young, with some spritz and very fresh fruit. Excellent acidity and balance, with great acid cut. Delightful and (still) very young.
