Back when purchased these bottles, this wine was very tanic, so much it hid any hint of fruit. So, we put the others in storage for a couple of years. This is now fairly dry, but very light in the fruit category, most of the Tanins are smoothed out. The remaining bottle I have will be saved for next time recipe calls for dry red wine. This stuff is good enough, but not great, and there are many others I would rather drink from my cellar.
