Thursday, September 1, 2022 - With some air (2 hours) became a really nice nose of plum, cherry, sweet spice.On the palate explosive flavours due with a massive amount of acidity, but nice tannins to balance. Finish was very good at this price point. Overall a very enjoyable wine. Less green ‘bell pepper’ like flavours than I would have expected from a Cabernet franc, which I preferred. Make sure you give the bottle air. Noticeable changes by the second hour for the positive. The sour cherry flavours dissipated and the wine became much more balanced. Very enjoyable
