Friday, November 2, 2007 - Terry Theise Tasting - 2006 Rieslings (Minneapolis): Light gold color. Honey, white peach, and apple. Nice sweetness, but pretty straightforward and simple for an Auslese. I would have liked a little more raciness and minerality here.
