Sunday, September 24, 2023 - It struck me as a bit young and closed with nice potential, even on night two (stored half bottle overnight in refrigerator). It was giving aromas of caramel and vanilla over black cherry. There were flavors of plum, cedar, and ended on lingering black cherry notes. Medium tannins and acidity should keep this interesting for several years.
