Sunday, May 16, 2010 - Plums and black cherry aromas, with black pepper and weedy notes; rich, ripe purple fruit, decent tannins, and a pretty good finish, ending in pepper and tobacco. An hour decant helps, as noted in previous notes. Pretty tasty, but perhaps not the greatest qpr for a Washington red.
