Saturday, September 11, 2010 - Notes from day 3. Still an incredible amount of fruit in this one, even after being open (vacu-sealed and stored in wine fridge) for 3 days. Not fading at all, in fact this may be the best showing yet! Raspberry fruit, a touch of blueberry and some nice earthiness.
