Monday, August 28, 2023 - Last summer I had a magical moment with this wine. This summer I opened another bottle with a good friend.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t as magical as last year. Still peaches dominant in the nose, but nothing else was I able to find. On the palate it was good, very well balanced, fruity. But not wow. No salty notes I remembered from the last bottle.
So, this was still a good wine, top 10%, no doubt, and extreme good for a rosé, as I’m not a huge fan of the pink stuff in general, but it was not as heavenly as last time.
