Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Hidden Bench Tasting Event; 8/1/2023-8/2/2023 (Hidden Bench, Ontario): Winery tasting: Wine 4: This is not the first time I have their Fumé Blanc, I've had it at a restaurant in Ottawa (Riviera, amazing btw) paired with Lobster Linguini. This is a delicious oak barrel aged Sauvignon Blanc with a lot of citrus, peach, vanilla and some grass notes. It is a very aromatic wine and has excellent QPR! Bought more.
