Friday, May 20, 2022 - On the nose: cantaloupe, a touch of oak, apple juice, and a little minerality.
On the palate: gentle acidity counterbalanced with a touch of fat, very smooth.
Excellent wine for a warm humid summer evening, before leaving Canada for 3 months.
