Monday, August 1, 2022 - Reminiscent of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, (fully dry, highly acidic) this was a perfect wine to serve with grilled Caprese toasts and cucumber salad on a hot day before breaking out a suitable red for the grilled meats and shoestring fries (Fatanyeros - Hungarian mixed grill).
