Wednesday, June 28, 2023 - Decanted for ~2hrs prior to serving. This was a "big" wine on all accounts, but also "light/graceful" at the same time! Powerful, concentrated, lots of minerality/extract with ripe yellow fruits... but strangely, it felt very refined & graceful all at the same time. If one can use "power in a velvet glove" on a white-wine (instead of the typical red), this would be it. Will be interesting to see how this will develop with more age.
