Friday, November 10, 2023 - Pale straw colour, with a big bomb of floral aromas, lychee and canned pineapple on the nose. Wonderfully striking acidity in the mouth, along with some very light effervesence and good texture. There's some residual sugar in this wine, which highlights the fruit well while simultaneously being balanced out by the acidity. Quite a nice almost apple-y medium long finish. For the money, this wine is excellent. Not incredibly complex or thought-provoking, but extremely well made and balanced. An absolute joy to drink.
