Yes, it's quite herbaceous and not too ripe, but I think that the extra acidity from that gives this wine freshness, especially once you factor in the age. This doesn't seem to be on a fast decline, but I'd certainly be inclined to drink these up sooner rather than later. It's not typically a good thing to be left with acidic husks.
