Friday, June 10, 2022 - This is a deliciously earthy, fruited and structured Chinon. Nose is red fruits, flowers, herbs and earth. This has some richness to it but all in balance. Had it next to a 2017 St. Innocent Village Cuvée and paired with grilled pork chops, lemon and garlic broccolini and ricotta and pea pesto toast. Was delicious and drinking well on day 2.
