Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Pale colour with a very attractive nose as soon as it was opened. Lemon on the nose and palate with a strong flavour of Rose’s Lime Marmalade (nice!). Soft and well-balanced with good, very long, acidity. Subtle, flavoursome, and refined. Lovely wine.
Still drinking very well some 24 hours after the bottle was first opened.
