Wednesday, February 7, 2024 - 2018 base 48 months 1g/l Slightly pink hue, Pinot really comes through in this cluvee. Very fine bubbles toast and cherry on the nose. On the palate brioche notes, along with rose petals, cherry, and pineapple. One of the best non vintage champagnes I’ve had. A definite aging potential.
