Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Bright red cherry, lighter strawberry and minerals on the nose, adding peach and apple as it warms. Nearly medium bodied (12% ABV) with white peach and white cherry upfront. Good mid-body depth and also adds some white apple notes to go along with the peach and cherry. There's good brightness and definition here, leading into a backside with a nice little burst of acidity and pleasant tartness. Overall balance between the fruit notes and structural qualities is a definite strength. Drinking quite well at present and while it should be able to maintain this level for a few years, there's no reason to wait.
