Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Out of the fridge popped and poured. Light, dare I say salmon color. Plentiful and long lasting fine to medium bubbles. More fruit than brioche on the nose. Strawberry and apple. Tart acid. More on the dry side of brut for a rose. Good balance. Medium long finish. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Highly recommended.
