Friday, February 3, 2006 - A truely elegant, very feminine champagne. Pretty dark colored for a rosé. Excellent for drinking on its own, yet also capable of handling not to heavy fish dishes. An enjoyable and velvety mouth-feel. One of the best NVs I have ever tasted and definitely the best NV Rosé.
