Friday, December 6, 2013 - Vin Chicago Holiday Champagne Tasting (Chicago, IL): Tasting, brief note. This used to be my "go to" Rose NV Champagne, but I don't know if quality stayed at the same level as production increased. This new release is one of the best I can recall in many years with a powerful backbone that retains Rose's fun character. Very easy, very good fruit.
