Much better showing, displayed why many rate this NV rose bubbly highly. Numerous fine beads. Strawberries, red cherries, bread and hints of stoney minerals with a creamy mousse. Hints of tannin and whilst the acidity is still very high, the wine appeared balanced and had a longish, satisfying finish.
