Tuesday, September 16, 2014 - Drank this before dinner at AQ. One of my top three champagnes. Never disappoints. Sommelier Allegra Angelo has a great wine program at AQ and poured us Madiera coffee she made. So unique and delicious. We had the daily pre fix and had the "premium" paring of wines. She stopped in to pour some interesting things including sake, 2009 vosne romanee, 2003 Sicilian something I had never heard of and many others. I wish I would have wrote down what she was pouring but the dinner was so much fun and enjoyable.
