Thursday, December 31, 2015 - Drank for New Years. Pretty pink-pale salmon color. Strawberries on the nose. Crisp acidity but with a lovely creaminess. Lots of fruity strawberries, toast, some minerality too. As always, this bubbly always delivers the goods and is just a great bottle of champagne--in my opinion, the best non-vintage rose out there, bar none!
