Saturday, December 31, 2016 - Drank this bottle on New Years Eve. This Rose champagne has a pale pink salmon color and a nose of red fruit and yeast. It tastes of raspberries, strawberries, and toast. Overall, it is medium to full bodied, with nice minerality, chrisp acidity, and a nIce long finish. Again, my top pick for non-vintage champagne.
