Saturday, May 13, 2017 - HDH auction tasting at Tru (Chicago, IL): Very lovely bright nose, with a touch of florals and tart red fruits. The palate has a great minerality, and a fair bit of acidity. Lots of freshness here, this is a simple and light, but very delicious all the same.
