Sunday, August 23, 2020 - Pretty, delicate, with fine bead and plenty of effervescence. Bought in 2017, unknown disgorge date. Nice nose of wild strawberry and modest yeast. Palate is fairly linear, with plenty of cut, more wild strawberry, stoniness, and finishes very clean. A touch dilute in the mid-palate. Tasty, but have had better bottles of this.
