Wednesday, December 24, 2008 - Big wine, picked up significant weight within an hour of opening. Initially showing primarily peach, this turned toward golden apple, red berry, and orange mousse with aeration. Nice notes of toast without doughiness, and mineral/chalk accent the nose. Full bodied on the palate, mirroring the fruit and toast on the nose, long chalky finish. Very, very good.
