Monday, April 5, 2021 - Popped for Easter yesterday. Consistently delicious, and always a crowd pleaser. Really does check all the boxes on the champagne list. Very pale pinkish hue, nose of strawberries and yeast. Tiny, fine bubbles, yeasty and plenty of red fruit on the palate. Just a great and, as I always say, the best non-vintage rose out there.
