Saturday, January 3, 2009 - This stuff is down right beautiful. Supremely dry with strawberry, cranberry, lemon, and rose petal on the palate with some cherry caramel. A pale salmon color with persistent pin tip streamers. Mousse is tight and lasting. A little dough and honeysuckle on the nose. Elegant yet powerful.
