Friday, November 19, 2021 - Open that bottle!: One of my favorite Rose Champagnes that always seems to punch way above its weight! Nose shows bright red fruit with hints of potpourri and fresh baked bread. Palate shows strawberry, brioche, some chalk and a rich, mousse mouthfeel coupled with a medium-long finish. A very nice Champagne that I need to buy more of! 93 points easily!
