Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Summer fruit and honeysuckle in front of a broad, medium-toned core with salinity and then a reasonable length finish (maybe not as long as hoped for) on acidity. Mouthfeel is towards the leaner side but by no means angular or spiky. Really good with oysters on the halfshell. Note: Having minimal to no experience with Soave, I would 100% have called this Chablis if tasted blind.
