Thursday, September 8, 2022 - A complex bouquet of savoury note, ripe cherries and plum, leather and toasted licorice. Palate reflect the rich and deep nose. Medium bodied. Good layer of fruit, spices and acidity. Some grippy tannins in the lingering finish. Still young and will continue to evolve for the next few years.
